I got a better idea, how about we pick a date a few weeks from now and then on say a friday or saturday, we max out on the big 3 or 4 and whoever has the highest raw total wins

2 packets oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup nuts
water
12 inch sub on whole wheat with turkey ham and mozzarella oh and lettuce and some mayo
1 glazed cinamon bun
1 cup chocolate milk
4 slices pizza
1 litre milk
3 cookie
2 cups milk
ginger beef with rice carrots and some broccoli
2 cups milk, 2 scoops mutant mas
i could easily eat again…
Would be training today but have my stupid new gym fit evaluation instead:(

1 honey crueler doughnut
1l whole milk
Wasn’t even full and my lunch meal was 2100 calories alone

God i have been this way the last couple of days. I do carb backloading so i most of my cals and all carbs are post workout in about a 3hr window. I am downing 3-4k calories in that time and not full by the time i get to bed 45min later. Ridiculous
I think I may just try carb backloading I wanna put some serious mass on the next few weeks
