Yeah well I woke up today at 4 am with my stomach hurting still, think in finally paying the price for all my bad eating:(. On top of that and being in the bathroom for an eternity afterwards I forgot my wallet at home and get to work and or of my favorite residents died on the weekend
despite all this I’m still in a good mood and going to train hamstrings today!! If my buddy brings chalk I might attempt a heavy deadlift

not as good as yours though man, I pulled sumo today but i think if i mastered conventional id be better off, i couldnt dead 600 right now but i deffinitely could trap bar it for reps if it fit on the bar, what should i do? my highest dead is 585 and that was sumo, i heard conventional is better for tallerish lifters
Off day today, decided im gonna start utilizing good mornings and stiff leg dead lifts and rack pulls to pull up my dead lift and squat. Might do squats this weekend and am going to try for a pr if I can get my new grip feeling safe enough

yeah i dont follow programs sometimes i try but it lasts only a few days lol
