Blackaggar Beast Mode Engaged

My weights been holding at 236lbs, and this is from eating what i want based on when my body tells me to eat, however i am starting to look a lot better at the weight, losing fat and getting a lot stronger. Im actually happy how with how i look right now besides the fact i want to be bigger but who here doesnt

Awesome seated military PR… would love to throw up 225+ easily for that, it just looks plain awesome.

Just wondering- how strict are your lateral raises? I’m going to be using the delt/trap spec days you outlined for me and I’m curious as to whether I should keep it SUPER strict and lighter or allow a little bit of body English to go heavy.

hmm im not sure what you mean by strict, if you mean fast thenyes reasonably i dont do them really slow or anything. I changed the way i do them now so that i go up until my shoulders are at 90 degrees not my whole arm and its awesome crazy pumps, ill try and get a video of it next time i train them

i was doing them supinated for a while when my shoulder was bothering me, not as good but you can use a lot of weight

Thanks man, I dont really have plans im just eating what i want when i want, so if im not hungry i wont eat and seeing how that works for me

thanks man, im going to go back to low calories eating tomorrow but still eating what i want, as for now im going to attempt to make some fried pb and j sandwhiches, will take pics if it works

1 sandwhich and i feel like i ate a whole meal, this is what i did, dont do this at home though

make 1 standard pb and j sandwhich

then dip it into batter, i used sugar, milk some flour and 1 egg

throw in deep fryer for 1-2 min
