True but Silva hardly looks dry when he cuts to 185 so well see come fight night. What was crazy was Amir cutting to 166 pretty big cut I wonder how that happened. Im crossing my fingers Silva and BJ I cant wait to see Diego come in the cage after the fights over it’ll be intense whoever wins.
Just catching the Countdown show now. What the fuck does BJ’s S&C coach have him doing? I’ve heard of this guys before and new he did some goofy shit with wobble boards and balance, but come on. I am certainly no expert, but I didn’t see him going a single exercise I would even consider outside of sprints. Standing one footed on a slanted board while throwing a small med ball…ok.
If I had the money, I would work with any of the coaches that contribute here before this guy.
all the live streams are down!!! should a spent the 40 bucks.
ALOHA MOTHERFUCKERS! my boy BJ really fought well tonight!

I was looking around as well. I actually ordered it. Fucking power outage just as it started. I had my laptop out and was scowering all the usual sites…nothing. Power finally came back on right before the Silva fight. Really wanted to see the Hendricks/Sodalla and Sakara/Leites fights.

word. i saw forrest and anderson enter the cage, then goodbye. by the time i got back up and running i saw silva putting on a t-shirt and forrest nowhere to be seen. fuck me.
saw the replay after that. even though i hate to see forrest get beat, i wanted to watch him fight. i gotta make some more money so i can buy the damn ppvs.

Kenny looked like shit. I picked BJ but thought it would be a better fight than that. Sounded like his corner was a little frustrated with him as well. Maybe the pressure got to him? Didn’ look like himself.

I noted earlier in this thread I believe that Kenny looked and sounded somewhat unconvinced that he would win in the countdown show. Kind of like he was still trying to convince himself he could win.
I really thought we’d see more leg kicks from Kenny, I only saw him throw a handful with even fewer landing. It was just him leaning on the cage, BJ slipping out and landing a shot. Then BJ was like ‘fuck this’ and took him down.
Did you see the speed of that submission? Holy SHIT!
Trademark RNC I feel bad for Kenny 0-2 man that sucks, his game plan was to what do a poor Guida impersonation. Hopefully Sanchez Penn will be more entertaining. Bullshit call on Amir and damn Silva made Forrest look silly. You can’t blame Forrest I think that would happen to the majority of the division.

I agree. In fact, I think Silva is gonna be too quick for everyone in the division… except for Machida, that will be a great TACTICAL fight.
As for the BJ/KenFlo fight, looked to me as if BJ was much more powerful and anaerobically conditioned. His speed was unbelievable tonight. Seemed to me that he won almost all of the exchanges with his powerful bursts, thats why Kenflo was trying to clinch to control and weather the storm. All in all BJ out classed him tonight. I especially liked the heel kicks to the torso with the back exposed. Kenflo blocked and exposed his neck really quick. Beautiful finish!
I got almost all my fantasy picks right except one. PERFECT! BJ and Anderson broke it home!
Anderson Silva P4P! Destroyed forrest, he just played around with him
On Mexican TV they interviewed Silva and asked him about a Machida fight. His answer was basically, no, no, never, no chance.
He looked amazing tonight, his punches were so fast you could barely see them.
Yeah, too fast for the internet stream i was watching ![]()

That’s BS, Anderson should be aspiring to be the best in both weight classes, and if Lyoto has the belt, they should fight.
I say Silva should go up and tool Lesnar. That would be awesome.

you serious? leasnar might EAT silva, if he came in the cage with the right seasoning.
also, before everone anoints silva as the next coming of christ, lets remember that griffen got knocked stiff by jardine in the first round as well. i dont remember, but maybe even quicker than with silva.

Dude,as if Silva being “anointed” hinged on his performance against Griffin…lol. Besides,Forrest’s lost to Jardine was in winter '06. You failed to mention what has transpired since then and now. Why is that? ![]()
In reality, this has no bearing on Silva’s status…he’s proven himself as top of the food chain…which is all that matters in MMA.

that comment was meant to see if any Brotards are still hiding among us. It would make for a good fight in a Grand Prix type tournament though, wouldn’t it?
Wow alot of people where wrong. BJ P just had more experience it looked like to me, better boxing, it was a good fight, KFlo still no2 in UFC anyway.
