Initially I used the following timing and I would like your opinions on how to improve this- keep in mind this is supplements only and does not include the whole food that i eat along with breakfast and pwo meal*
Breakfast
2 scoops Metabolic Drive
Workout (about 1hr after)
Immediately after- Surge
Second PWO (45min or so-after Surge)
-2 scoops Metabolic Drive
I recently purchased Grow! Whey (cheaper than Metabolic Drive) and was wondering if the whey concentrate/isolate would be more beneficial for breakfast (1hr before workout)…or if it would be better for my first meal after Surge. I would like to keep Metabolic Drive in 1 of the 2 meals.
So the question is-??
Grow! Whey for breakfast and Metabolic Drive after Surge …or
Metabolic Drive for breakfast and Grow! Whey after Surge.
