Lets pretend all my meals/meal timing are perfect and my workout is great.
I have Surge, Metabolic Drive and whey protein. What do you think about these timings
1 Surge mixed with whey pre-workout
1 whey post workout
1 Whey one hour later
1 whey morning with milk and breakfast
1 Metabolic Drive when I don’t have time to fix a meal.

2 scoops of whey post workout and the meal an hour later is important it should be real, solid food your body uptakes the nutrients differently from a shake and from food.

Don’t mix whey in with the Surge – save it for other times.
Whey with food an hour after Surge is fine, but I’d start getting whole food protein after that.
I prefer Metabolic Drive over whey with breakfast.

One of the cool things about Surge is how quickly the carbs and protein in contains are absorbed. Adding whey would slow absorption.
I don’t think it matters. Your gut doesn’t clock in and out on the dot when it comes to PWO nutrition…I think this is getting way overblown.
I have plenty of fats and carbs and protein now in my PWO meals. I think it’s best to get in a huge chunk of your daily cals peri-workout; I’m aiming for about 1/3 of mine PWO if possible.
