It was a great night for lifting here in the remote area of Montana.
Wednesday:
BP: 140x15, 250x8, 340x3, 420x1, 475x1, 500x1 Wrist Wraps and a Belt. Also no spotter or hand off, thank god for power racks.
Deadlift: 250x6, 340x3, 450x1, 540x1, 600x5 Wrist Wraps and a Belt.
Reverse-Hyper: 115x10, 220x2x10
Lat Pulldowns Front: 210x8, 280x8 Used the neutral grip bar.
Long Pulley Rows: 300x8, 320x8
COC Grip Work
I felt that since my contest is a month away. I would start benching and deadlifting in the same workout.

All for now.
BIGG JAMES
Awesome lifting big James! I am doing the deadlift only at the USPF nationals in Austin this weekend. In 5 weeks I will do the USPF deadlift open in West Virginia and then on November 6th I am doing the strongest man in the U.S. show in massachusetts-it is a kick ass competition-you should try it!
It sure is. You should do it-I know you’d do great. I can’t wait to hit some new PR’s in events I have never tried at a meet. Keep posting yur workouts-i enjoy reading your efforts.

Good luck to ya! I called the meet director and having an entry sent out. I would like to, but it is right about mid terms. So I am contemplating it.
Other then being called a FAG at work. It isn’t to bad. Of course my co-workers are lucky I have a sense of humour. Nothing like a 360 pound gay man working in a lumber yard.

Why do you look different in all of your pics?!?
I dunno, it is me. Might be hairstyles, beard or no beard. Different body weights, age, lifting and looking like I am going to explode. A lot of factors.
I just do not know.
Today was the day. I would really like to say thank you to the following people.
John Inzer, for the donation of the pink t-shirts, which were worn for my sister who has breast cancer.
Dan Paul of Paul insurance in Missoula,MT
Gus Rethswich and WABDL for stepping up and promoting the meet on such short notice.
My family and friends, for their support while I lifted.
And most of all , Michelle, my wife, I love you and I am glad you were there to cheer me on.
The lifting was great, I did a 501 Bench with no shirt and barely missed 512. I placed third in the bench.
The deads were great, 716; new MT State record. I also won the best deadlifter award.
All in all it was a great day.
