Hi, i am after the best training methord for big rounded shoulders! I have heard that it is best to do like three sets at a time is this true? and how many reps should should i be looking at? I dont know why people ignore the shoulders and concentrate on the arms so much after all its your shoulders what make you look big. so please help with some routines
