Big PR on my 3rd week of Beyond 5/3/1

Today was bench day it was great. I just have one ? on my 4th week I add 5#s on bench and press and 10#s on dead and squat day. I bought beyond 531 but cant find in it if I add the weight to my TM and redo my %'s or just add the weight to exsesting %'s I already have wrote down.

You add weight to your TM.
