Taking this week off
Handled kid at our USPA meet yesterday. Wrapped his knees (PR) and helped him manage his day. Was fun to work with someone who listens.
Went to the meet today (with the Mrs) to watch some training partners and friends. Was a fun weekend. Kind of got the fires a little stokedā¦again.
I havenāt been to a powerlifting meet in a while. Need to go watch one.
