Been out of the gym for a while.

Quit chewing tobacco 1st of the year, after 35+ years. Bodyweight went from 220 to 240. Guess I got a little depressed.

Been back in gym for 3 weeks now. Nothing earth shattering. Trying to eat less and move more.

Use to do Redman and loved me some Wintergreen Beech Nut. Did Levi Garrett plug for a while cause it’s all I could get. Gave it up but still enjoy my cigars. Don’t inhale put there’s always the possible effect on the mouth. Good your back in the gym.

Stay with it. Despite the weight, you are better off.
