Biker, this our 4th location in Des Moines since 2011.
We started in a 20x30 room. Locations have gotten progressively bigger. This one is @ 7500 square feet.
We could actually hold a meet here. Which we will.
Owner & teammate threw out the idea of having a local novice/1st time meet. May generate some new members. We need to add @ 30 members by 1/1/18.
Squatted today. Had been @ month since I did anything. Been fighting off some crud.
Doc visit yesterday. 230# clothed. BP 120/76. Woohoo.

2 of the 3 comp benches weāre open on a Monday night but 4 squat racks and both monolifts weāre in use. Man, I love our PL gym.
Had to bench tonight due to schedule constraints. Benched with a young kid in the gym. Fist two sets were his weight and stayed at 225 so we didnāt have to change out his weight and put on another 45.
