Weight felt good but had the bar too low. Or it was a tightness (or lack of) issue. The bar kept sliding down my back.

Squats we’re shit show. Re-racked weight and called it off.

Talked with Janis Finkelman about her meet and WR deadlift last weekend. She was 1 year and a couple days removed from a bicep tear & reattachment.

Gym owner showed me possible new gym location. Could be sweet.

Oh what a difference a week makes
Got in to see chiro last Friday. Adjusted my back. Actually got my upper back to crack. Got neck worked on.

Saturday, dropped our youngest off at college… bittersweet.

Managed Ribeyes 3 days in a row. Smallest @ 14oz.

Golf Sunday was awesome. Played in 3 man best shot and went 8 under on difficult course.
