Going into to see Magic Fingers on Saturday to get my right hip/ass cheek right.

Want to eventually start a 3 day a week squat program. Lots of golf to be played this summer.

Saturday stretch session was miserable. My right ass cheek/hip was real tight.

Got piraformis released. Felt better Sunday. Now bruised and tight. Was told this was probable.

Gym owner/teammate/friend let me know tonight that we will be moving to new space on 7/1. Will go from @ 4000 sq ft to @ 7000 sq ft. Will have 4 dock door access, 3 standard doors w/30 ft ceiling.

We’ll be able to host meets in our own building.

Also, my stretching gal may be conducting group fitness classes as well as stretching sessions.

We’ll have enough room for the PL team to train and the non-PL will have their spot.

Felt good after not squatting for @ 4 weeks. Hip felt real good. Will go back in for 1 more treatment Thursday.

She will head off to college in the fall to pursue acedemics in Accounting. She did not get this trait from me. Her math skills, yes. Accounting? No.

Have fully recovered from last Friday’s Metallica show. Had twisted my knee early in the day (getting out of the damn car). 90 degree day with a 6pm show. Metallica took the stage @ 9pm. We got back to DSM @ midnight. The show was @ 40 miles away.

Rested Saturday.
Golf in 90+ degree on Sunday.
Been dragging all week. Knee has been buckling.
Have allergy/respiratory crud.
May squat on Saturday.

Got tickets for ZZ Top in September and Bob Seger in October.
