This weeks workouts have been going really good. I have been eating a lot more then normal, thanks to a sit down job!! I have been loading up on food. My managers keep getting cake and pizza, I am really going to back the weight on!
A lady in the gym today told me I was too small and young looking to have a baby. Crazy comment. She told me She always gets scared that I will break because of the weight I can lift. She told my husband I am on strong girl. That made my day, but I guess most girls are doing other things.
I have been getting comments at the gym these last couple of days.

I am pretty dang sore today. I noticed it around hour 8 at work!I am naughty and decided to have a beer today. I needed to unwind a little bit.

Well I will update my journal tomorrow. I have the day off!! Whoo hoo!!! I just thought I would write real quick. The gym has been kicking my behind.
I had my feelings hurt this last week because this lady told me I looked too thin, thinner then I have ever been. What the crud?! I have put on 6 pounds and way almost 100lbs! I hate people. It seems like hate on Nina year… some little boy/girl girls were dogging me today too. boo.
On a better note this old guy, who is a power lifter at a world class level, wants to train me. It was a little weird. I think he spots his “trainees” too much. He pulls the bar for them but meh. it would be kind of cool to do some more power lifting stuff. He wants to start a pl club. Crazy guy but really nice.
People at the gym are barely starting to talk to me. I don’t know if I send out mean bone crunching vibes or what. My husband use to be the quiet one and to himself, but now he talks to everyone! I am the one all alone doing what I got to do. Crazy.
This week is National Pharmacy week for those that don’t know. My work has been feeding us for it. I had a nice big bowl of ice cream today! the joy of bulking. I am missing pizza tomorrow oh well.

you can’t help your size…I guess I’d rather be little than big, that’s just my thinking though. you are strong and taking care of your body,that other lady was probably jealous…all that weight is muscle no doubt, and you’ve probably lost inches making you appear thinner…

I have been pretty tired this week but workouts have been going good. I put on two pounds!! Whoo hoo!! Well I am slowly creeping towards my goal. I was calculating out my calorie intake and how much I need the other day at work and came across something I have been over looking.
My work has a mom’s room for those that pump, which is wonderful, but it is on a completely different side of our building on the second floor. I have no clue how to figure out how many cals I burn just to get there. I always take the stairs because the key to the room is on one side of the staircase and the room is on the opposite side. I don’t know if that makes sense, but needles to say I do a lot of walking to pump!

Oh thank you!! I would rather be a little big too but o well. Thank you for the comfort. My husband said she must be jealous too.
That guy at the gym is crazy. He told me he helped coach at the Olympic training center… It could have been, he drives a beater now so I don’t know what happened. I am a little scared to power lift, I don’t like to loose!

My husband had to help me get it set but I did it.

Haha thanks! I push myself too hard. Its pretty much the same program… as of late I have been just switching up exercises here and there. I tend to feel it more!
Weds I did back and thurs I did shoulders. We took Friday off so the baby could have the evening to trick or treat the grannies homes.
I went to the gym today and did back again. I kind of like going when no one is there. Its nice.
Update on weird power lifter man… I don’t think he should be training ANYONE!! Oh my goodness. He was trying to tell me how great these girls were… I might need a spot here and there but rarely.
These girls couldn’t push the bar if they tried. I watched him do all the work spotting this girl squatting. She just about buckled out!! The old man does all the work for these girls benching too. One needed a spot and ask some guy, I have never laughed so hard in my life. Bad of me I know, but people get what they get.
He gives them a false idea of how they are doing. I personally would rather push the weight myself and need a spot on the last two reps of my last set… not all my sets.
We have had my nephew working out with us. My husband ditched me for some guy his size. Its cool though my nephew is learning and doing good. I think I embarrass him though.
Workouts are still going good. I some how started going 5-6 days a week… I need to remember my book, but been losing my mind lately.

Well I have been slacking again. between work, gym and being sick I have fallen behind in everything!!
I have been doing good though. I feel much better then I did. I caught a pretty nasty cold, that my husband and baby caught. I learned how thin a mom can be stretched!!
I am very excited to say I can do weighted dips!! It made me very excited.
Tomorrow will be my baby’s 1st birthday. I was thinking how crazy it is that I was 45 pounds heavier this time last year!! She has been a blast. Planning her birthday has been a bit stressful but will work out.
My gym has all of a sudden been flooded with people. They are everywhere and very few know what they are doing, and many are rude.
Well at some point I will get everything written down again so I can post them.
I am still alive… I have been so busy. I feel like I don’t have time to get on here as much!
the gym is still going. We switched our program up some but not much. I went to a boxing class that left me sore as all heck! My calves are still sore from it.
I have finally put some weight on! I am very glad. The baby has slowed down on nursing and thats when it all happened.
I am going to try to keep my journal up better. I haven’t done bench in a while so I don’t have any stats for that
they are always taken up. I have been using db for my bench and I seem to get a better stretch.
Well hopefully I can start this up again. My diet has been full of junk lately but it has helped put the weight on.
