I love working out with my husband. Its nice since we are always together and can keep on each other about stuff. He pushes me everytime we work out too.
oh T-Nation… I swear you would think its our real life. Its sad, we talk about it a lot.

I hope my kid(s) will want to work out, keep them out of trouble.

We changed our program… finally. I was pretty tired of the other one. This guy at the gym suggested doing 4X10, but I need to work up to that. 3X10 is more then enough for me.
Friday: 3X10
bench: 70lbs… creeping up on doing my body weight,
DB incline BP: 25lbs
DB flys: 15lbs

I super setted with chest supported rows and the tbar bent over rows. I honestly thought I was going to heave when I was done. It felt great though; my back felt it right away. I did 45lbs, but I think I could have done a lot more. My husband was busy doing his thing so he didnt razz me.

Seated cable rows: 40lbs
Lat pull down: 40lbs

I am hoping everything goes up next week. My arms were shaking after all the exercises
I thought I was going to wake up sorer then I did. I made sure to stretch after the workout so I don’t know if that was part of it or not.

I think my daughter is going to end up working at a gym when she is older. Every time we go at night and have in her in the daycare, she ends up behind the counter! It makes me laugh, she helps great people I suppose. I think the worker gets bored in the daycare. Oh well.
My husband made me get all 10 of my reps, and still had me try to get more. He is a great motivator.


I don’t know whats funnier how big and puffy I am or how skinny my husband is!! He has put on a lot of mass!!

I am sitting here waiting for my mom to call, since we have brunch together every Saturday. I know my ma and dad will reminace about being in the hospital this time 24 years ago. Which made me start to think how quick everything goes.
I can’t believe this time last year I was around 7 months pregnant! I was almost 60 pounds heavier then I am now. I can’t believe its gone by so fast! I was looking at pictures of my pregant body and I think I was huge!
My manager laughed because from behind you would never know I was pregant, then I would turn and this beach ball popped out!

oh man I couldn’t imagine being any bigger! Around 7 months I was done. By 9 months I was enormous but my tummy was more of a square then a ball. It was weird I ran out of room with her.

Thank you! The new program is going pretty good. I have been sore, but its a late type of sore!

I am naughty and missed posting the last couple of days. Sunday was a day off. Monday we did shoulders and arms, I had to miss today. I started a new job and was going to take a class, but changed my mind.

Monday 3X10
Military press: 35lbs
some front arm raise with DB:15lbs
shoulder raise machineL 35lbs
close grip bench: 80lbs
preacher curls: 20lbs
skull crushers: 20lbs
shrugs w/db: 30lbs
DB hammers: 15lbs

I am hoping to go to the gym tomorrow, but we will see. Its a busy busy day. My hubby has class tomorrow night and we only have one car!

I got a job as a data entry pharmacy technician. I fill prescripitions for a home delievery service. Its a lot of information and math! I love it thought.

My little one is doing good. She is getting use to me working still.

Oh man it has been a while. I am still getting use to the work thing. Its going good. I am so tired by the end of the day and miss my lil angel so much, but after work I still make it to the gym.

This week I missed Monday though, the baby had a ruff day, she popped her first tooth!!
Tuesday I worked my arms.

Preacher curls, hammer curls, bicep curls, skull crushers, tricep pull down, close grip bench. It was a ruff day. I took wed. off. Which was nice, got to work on some homework.
I went to the gym today and worked back and chest.

flat DB press, cable flies, laying DB flies, rows, seated cable rows, t-bar rows, one arm DB rows, dips and the eliptical machine for 10 min. on a strength setting. I am pretty sore now.

My diet has been a lot better, not that it was bad before, but I eat more now. I pack my little snack bag full.

Well I have slacked off, again, on writing on my journal!

I guess I will just recap this week since I can barely remember last week.
Work has worn me out more then expected. 10 hours is a little longer then I expected.

now I think I did more then this but I can’t for the life of me remember everything we did that day

-warmed up with 2 sets of 15lbs and two sets of 20lbs

I don’t know whats going on this week. The workouts seem a little weak when I wrote them out but I have been so sore from it.

Since I have gone back to work I have put on 4 lbs. Thats pretty good. All the sitting around and having snacks packed has helped. I don’t eat as well when I am at home.

haha I said the same thing when a trainer showed them to me. I might not explain them too well… you make your arms an upside down U and then turn them up and then do a shoulder press then flip them down to the upside down U again. they are weird. i will have to make a video.

Well again I have failed to keep my journal… man oh man. I have felt like one busy bee lately!

I have missed three days the last week or so. I caught some little flu bug, not fun. After my 10 hour shifts and the gym I can’t seem to get myself on here!!! Makes me sad.

I started an upper/lower program but I think I might change it up again. I can’t remember last weeks workout so I will do todays. I need to start taking my notebook with me.

*rack pulls: 115lbs 5X5. I am a little sad its so low but i want to make sure my form is perfect
*sissy squats: 4X10 holding 35lbs. a guy suggested doing them with the bar.
*sumo DB lift: 5X5 60lbs. I can do more but I can’t get any heavier weight off the racks! my little grip stinks
*glut-ham raises: 3X10
*DB lunges: 25lbs each hand, 3X10
*standing calf raises: 80lbs 3X failure
I wanted to do the seat calf raises but my husband and two other guys were already working in together :frowning:

I did 6 minutes of eliptical. Odd number but I had two guys ready to go.

Hopefully I can keep this up a little better. I notice I start to have set backs when I don’t write it all down. I have been eating a ton better since I started working. I still haven’t noticed any weight gain. Maybe with the baby slowing down on nursing I can start to gain more.

Well workouts this week have gone alright. tonight we did some shoulders and biceps. I have been one sore person lately.
