Big Guys- What Do Your Diets Look Like?

I used to do this Food processing module as a mandatory unit on Food Science degree. Two useful things knocking about, those 1 litre containers of liquid egg and loads of oats. Took the egg stuff home and the oats we used to make these HUGE flapjacks on the conveyer oven, I once saw someone making one (for personal use) as big as a friggin door, rolling it up and taking it home under their arm !

Portable alternative to oatmeal, used to eat home made ones with a protein shake mid morning and mid afternoon.

Wow you really did research my posts. Yes, I am having a hard time putting on weight. It’s mostly due to the fact that I can’t seem to stay out of the gym. When I learned that you couldn’t recover from lifting 6 times a week I was bummed. I loved being in the gym. Then I thought (stupidly) “Hey, I can do cardio on the off days and stay lean while getting HEEEYOOGE” (OK maybe it wasn’t like that but you get the idea).

So, that’s what I did it it competely killed my gains. I’ve been cutting down and it’s been helping but I’m startng to think I need to do ZERO cardio to gain anything.

I’m done trying to explain myself.

Read massive eating. Go on JB’s site and do the calculater. I am trying to get lean. Diet is my biggest problem. I can gain but can’t lose. I am 6’2" 375 25% bf. I often under eat. It is easy to do.
If you are looking to get bigger don’t ask a big guy. Do scrawny to Brawny or massive eating.

Patrick

Right now I’m 6’3 and 280 because of football, but I’m cutting now for lacrosse so this may not be what you want to see. I have a hard time eating solid foods after working out. I don’t know why, but I feel nauseus if I eat real food after busting my ass in lifting or practice.

I try to keep it simple and save time in preparation, hence all the turkey and chicken. I also like the taste and texture of turkey more than beef. All in all it totals to about 2700 kcal.

30g Glucose, 8oz Skim Milk (off days I sub this for mixed veggies)
