Hey no problem man.
We’re all here to learn and we all make mistakes.
That’s big of you to admit, and I’m sure we’ll all forgive you.

Very true, though that’s a subject for another time.
See that? It can make you WEAKER.

That’s only be temporary, while your stabilizers have time to catch up. And like I was saying before, if your stabilizers can’t support it, why bother pushing it? It won’t have any functional carryover…
And flat and inclined presses is more dangerous than sitting on your ass eating potato chips. You soft bastard.

Dude. That is not cool. I wouldn’t misquote you and I’m sure the T-Nation mods wouldn’t like that.
It’s lame and it wasn’t funny.
Anway, if I’m such a troll, don’t reply. Trolls love attention. If we were simply ignored, we wouldn’t do it.

You’re also not making bullshit-assed claims about how big you are and stirring up shit. Be careful, though! He knows you’re my troll alias, or I am your alias. Right. WE are the trolls. This from the guy who joined the DAY AFTER CHEKonIT. Who’s the alias here?

No need for the sarcasm, sparty. If your only connection is that we joined around the same time, your argument is as weak as your pecs.

Give me time, I have to coax a friend of mine into taking some shots.
After all, I am a fat 40 year old psychology major according to Spartacus.

Kratos. Your old avatar was so freakin gay, it looked like the cover of it. That was the first thing that popped into my head when I saw your avatar. I’d be pretty upset if that was the first thing people thought when they saw my photo.
What have you proved with your photo? Nothing. You come in and comment on a chest exercise thread when you have no chest to speak of.
Fuck me. I can’t get over how stupid you are. Over and over, you keep coming back with stuff that makes no sense, never a intelligent argument and you think some punk-ass Zoolander esque avatar earns you respect. Please, anyone on a sub 2000 calorie diet could look like you.

Thanks a lot, SWR. You’ve helped take a fine thread about injury prevention and turned it into a bitch-fight.

I can’t take credit for thinking that one up on my own.
I’ve seen others do it, and you’re right, trolls love attention, and you’re giving it to me every time I “troll” in this thread.
I’m sure everyone knows that you didn’t really say that.
I’m just busting your balls.

I like it dude. You are one funny guy.
So who is the troll here? Me? You? Or CHEKonIT?
If we all are trolls, there will be some serious circles done in this thread.
By the way CHEK, it is approaching 500 replies. That has got to be some sort of ‘trolling’ record.

This is a serious thread!
It’s just ignorance that turned it into a board full of trollers…

You haven’t seen this one I take it:
http://www.T-Nation.com/readTopic.do?id=799089
I guess it could be questionable if that was a trolling thread or not, but it went on waaaaaay too long, and Zeb is one of the regulars here who usually posts good stuff, but he was a little too much in that thread (IMO).
Then of course there’s this one:
http://www.T-Nation.com/readTopic.do?id=868493&pageNo=0
One of the best…

By what post was this a fine thread?
I fall into the camp that the Swiss ball Dumbell press is a good finisher. I actually do this movement quite often.
I am also very much into the standard barbell bench press. Been doing it for years. Over 25 years.
I don’t have any shoulder issues. I think it is due to probably having a structure suited to the bench press and doing heavy heavy rowing movements my entire lifting life.
And I train the barbell bench heavy…all the time. I love 2-3 rep sets. I have always done this.
I find that the Swiss ball dumbell bench actually helps me in the barbell bench. Makes perfect sense that it should.

Wait just a fuckin second. Whats wrong with being a psych major-I am one. There’s nothing wrong with making shit loads of money as a psychologist.
When I open my practice, I’ll give you some discounted session time.
CHEKonIT wrote:
Who really cares how much you bench? For all the macho bodybuilders out there that think that pressing a lot of weight from a flat bench is the be-all and end-all of manhood, think again.
Paul Chek states that “because the bench press is performed on a flat weight lifting bench, normal movement of the shoulder blades (scapulae) is disrupted. This demands that more movement must occur in the shoulder joint itself”
And just how much functional carryover will it have to your real-life anyhow? Just how much pectoralis involment is there in typing on a keyboard or pushing a pencil?
And if you’re one of the knuckleheads on this site that’d rather trade pain free shoulders for a nice set of pecs, try pressing whilst lying on a swiss-ball. (see attached image) Your shoulders will thank you for it.
This thread is a clusterfuck from the first post.
He came here insulting and trolling from the first.

I have to admit, CHEKonIT has done pretty well for a troll. 500 replies and not a single picture.
