Big Bench = Bad Shoulders

I’ve explained my assumption and it is very reasonable. You’ve made plenty about me. A fat troll, psychology major, and so on.

I had a specific reason for that crap. You sounded suspiciously like someone I know.

Volume training, you say? Didn’t think of that. Been a while since I’ve done that, either. May have to incorporate some, especially since it will be easier on my arm.

Still no pics from the trolls yet?

How much biceps / delts / lats / etc. etc? are you a prat?[/quote]

Don’t they understand sarcasm in England?

Hopefully your pecs will find some stimulation there too…

Apology accepted. It was very big of you.

Hey Zapper. Have you ever posted a pic?

I told you before that I have to photoshop these suckers!

Still keeping most ignorant thread ever alive…

Oh, that’s sweet.

State your training opinion or fuck off. Or I could save you some time going through the previous pages to see what the masses said.

You should be against Swiss Balls. They are for homos. There is no way someone could DB Press over 100lbs. And me and CHEKonIT are obviously trolls.

Whatever you say. A good idea is a good idea. You’ll get no more outta me here.

I have. Over a week ago… Or don’t you read your own thread? Let it go. it’s futile…

Dude, you’re still here.

Sorry if your post over a week ago made no impact on me.

It isn’t my thread either. Thanks for the respect though.

Coming in late in the Great Keyboard War will not gain you respect within the T-Nation community. It is weak and you know it.

Punk.

The only thing that is futile here is starting a decent thread with an injury prevention topic and having a group of mouth-breathing, ill-educated plebs not turn it into a “function is shit” thread

Function and form, Function AND FORM. Form…as in being able to show your body created by this highly functional movement.

Are one of you going to show a picture of what your swiss ball presses have done for you? You might get some love and more respect around here if you can show people the benefit.

Function and form… haven’t you seen my avatar?

Calling decent regulars mouth breathing knuckle dragging trolls? Wow, hard to spot the real trolls.

Woohoo, let me contribute to this steaming pile…

Should I try standing presses on a swiss ball, using DB of course? I think they would be pretty challenging! Please inform oh chekkians. Maybe I could do one legged DB squats on a swiss ball?

I can’t wait to try these out.

Not that I support these guys. They are a little crass and show no respect to longstanding members. They are not asking us to try something totally out of left field.

Simply a swiss ball chest press. They have talked about deadlifts, squats and have said that all exercise is functional. They have not mentioned standing on a swiss ball once or anything as stupid as that.

I’ve seen pro Rugby League players use the swiss ball for a chest press as their primary chest exercise. They are big, athletic and have strength that wouldn’t be far off their NFL counterparts.

This thread has dragged on for much further than it should have, but apart from the name calling and etc, they have not actually preached any true Chek insanity.

I’d love to see you try that last one. It’d be hard to type with a broken neck…

Thanks, Prospect.

And I bet he has very healthy shoulders, too!
