You’re the pussy who was saying he was too scared to get DB press 70 pounds on a ball.
Talk about chickenshit.

Pussy, huh? Maybe it’s because I’m not a dumbass. Post some pics or vids of yourself doing them if you’re so smug. I haven’t had any problems with injury or development with my current methods, I train my stabilizers, I DON’T need to do sissy ball presses.
At least I have photos to back up my stats. All you have done since you started trolling here is ignore all the questions that shoot down your idiotic rants. Keep hiding behind your keyboard. I don’t think you are skinny at all. You sound like a 40-year-old virgin who still lives at home, and is a fat slob.

Ooh a nerve has been hit.
Your pecs look like you should be on a CK add. Maybe give them a go Spartacus. You’re boring me with your, “I’ve done it all” bullshit.
I’ve addressed every single one of your bullshit responses.

On who? Here again, ignoring the issues you are full of shit on, and hiding behind more childishness. You’ve addressed nothing. Oh, and the Spartacus thing wasn’t funny the first time, I won’t know why you keep on with it. And my pecs look a lot better than your man-tits do. Hit you in the face much when you run?

Come on Kratos. That old Avatar you had was completely the cover of Spartacus Travel Guide. You know it dude.
You would be very surprised if I put a pic up. I don’t want you to feel small though.
Kudos though. You look toight like a toiger. Ectomorphs always look good when they add a bit to their skeleton.
Nah just jokes. You’re doing well. But for full pec development, try the swiss ball db press. We all have to face our fears sometime.

This guy keeps throwing out a line and everyone takes a bite.
By the way, he is now an ex bodybuilder. See the following link.

I too view it as a pub fight, but the ‘opposers’ as you put them (X, SWR etc) would be the big built bouncers, and you and chekonit would be the scrawny little punks, that weight less than 70kg but are so drunk that they think they are huge and strong and could take on the bouncers when in reality they are going to get their asses kicked out of the pub that they shouldnt have been in in the first place.
Just may take on it.
I hope you enjoy formulating your reply to my post.
If you want to look at it as Sparticus and co. as the bouncers, that’s quite okay with me. Most bouncers I’ve talked to are pig headed and arrogant and don’t listen when something obviously and often-times goes above their heads.

How does it not make you stronger? I dunno about more athletic, but I do some work in parks where I don’t have a bench, so I use a swiss ball instead. I have a client who has never benched on a bench and he’s using 30kg+ DBs. I reckon that’s pretty good.
Neither exercise (BB bench or Swiss Ball press) is the be all and end all. They are both good with judicious use.
And BB benching has hurt my shoulder, but I put that down to bad technique and the barbell, not the bench.

Put up some useful information yourself and THEN you can start calling me “grasshopper”.
By any chance, did you happen to notice the brand and condition of the ball?

Did you just get out of class or something and are all ready to change the world? Check has a few good things but he is really just a good marketer. Give me a break! He and Pavel what a joke. How much does it cost to get that certification? Hmmm. You can learn the same shit and more without all the bullshit from John Davies for like $150.

Ok man, how much of yours or anybody else’s development can you honestly attribute to swiss ball presses? I bet millions more people have built up chests with DB and BB presses on a bench, and don’t have ruined shoulders. Doesn’t mean it’s useless, as you said, they have their place.
That TROLLonIT/DeSleeplijin clown came talking all this noise about how shitty bench-presses are, yadda-yadda, how superior swiss ball training is, ad nauseum, and then runs around in circles because he will not make any intelligent arguments, just a bunch of backpedalling and bullshit. And They/him seem to have some obsession with loincloths or gay travel guides, because they keep calling me Spartacus.

Millions more have benefited from bench presses because millions more have probably done them. That in itself does not mean they are a better exercise.
But what’s better? They are just alternatives to work the same muscle group!
I don’t know why so many are such vociferous defenders of movements. It’s like getting into something over Dips Vs tricep extensions. They BOTH have something to offer and BOTH can be enjoyable.

If you don’t think the SB DB Press is going to make you stonger, no matter the colour, you’ve got your head in the sand.
Pressing a heavy weight from a stable surface will make you stronger.
Swissball stuff is rehab/prehab work. It may help keep your shoulders healthy but it is a supplemental exercise and is easily replaced.

How heavy are the pink DBs?
Just don’t pretend it is making you stronger or more athletic.
Keep living in your cocoon. This sort of attitude surely gets in the way of your progress.

Please. I do much more than barbell bench.
You and Chek seem to be claiming a rubber ball and a pair of demmbells are all that is necessary. I use far more than that.
I do and I have.
Gee no kidding? You guys are acting like all we do is bench and curl.
The rubber ball has a place in a healthy athletes training but it is not a very big place.

I meant stronger than barbell benching.
Lifting soup cans will make you stronger if it is the only thing you lift but it will not make you as strong as lifting weights.

Not stronger than pressing from a stable surface. The stable surface allows you to handle more weight.
