We have all had some fun and agree that the swiss ball press will in fact increase your max bench, save your shoulders from unpleasant injuries, Rugbly League players can indeed swiss ball press 65kg, and will make you more functional than your typical bodybuilder.

Why not use all the tools around? If they work, great. If they don’t work, mark it off as trial and error.

CHEKitOn is not telling you to buy an ab roller or something along those lines. He is telling you that there could be more out there than just a db flat bench press.

Now I really want to break my promise and join in just for the hell of it.

I too view it as a pub fight, but the ‘opposers’ as you put them (X, SWR etc) would be the big built bouncers, and you and chekonit would be the scrawny little punks, that weight less than 70kg but are so drunk that they think they are huge and strong and could take on the bouncers when in reality they are going to get their asses kicked out of the pub that they shouldnt have been in in the first place.

But you are right, here I have been typing away when I could have been eating more and lifting weights. I am skinny, I can’t even bench an olympic bar, consuming over 1000 calories for me is tough, and so on.
