Hey - conservatives can be hyooge, too. Just look at Arnold. I have added about an inch to my arms in the last year or so, but I had to gain a lot of muscle to do it.
At the current pace, I will weigh 255 with 18.5 inch arms. That sucks. Because my arms will still look proportionately puney for my size.

Yes, Arnold is actually a liberal, he just acts like a conservative so he can eventually rule the world without too many people pointing out his true political affiliation. This has been planned for decades. You didn’t get the memo?

currently just over 17 inches at 215-220 lbs. on 5’11, 10-12% BF.
Do you normally take arm measurements with your arms flexed or not?

Im 168cm and my Right arm is 42cm, while my left is 41. Im not satisfied at all but I wouldnt say that I have “small arms”. This might be a dumb question but does everyone have the same size arms? or is it normal to have one be a centimeter bigger than the other.

i think it is quite normal to have a little different between arms… i have too about 1cm of difference (right is smaller…)
I am always singled out for having big arms and most of the time they’re around 16". They’re 17.25" right now b/c I’m weighing in at like 215-220…
A lot of it is just how everything looks compared to everything else.
Oddly enough I don’t train my arms that hard; never really did.
