So hey everyone I’ve been lurking T Nation for awhile before I decided to sign up. So anyways I’m 26 years old male, 185 lb., have been lifting weights and semi bodybuilding for around three years now. I’ve had an ongoing, recurring problem with “biceps tednonitis” I’ve had 5 cortisone shots in all in it. The pain is in the front of my shoulder, and it runs down my bicep sometimes, sometimes it hurts near the back and on the side. I do preventative maintenance (Angel progression, external rotations, internal rotations) here lately I’ve incorporated y raises. But anyways 2 weeks ago I had a heavy Back/Chest day which it seems has flared it up BAD. I’ve taken close to 2 weeks off and hit a back day the other day, even though I went down in weight drastically, pain still there. And unfortunately I have just started my first cycle of 500 mg. Test E. Weekly, AND I CANT EVEN WORK OUT!! If someone has had similar issues please just let me know I’m at my wits end with this recurring “injury”. I want to get back into the gym ASAP.
I’m not sure this is what you’re looking for but the peptides BPC – 157 and TB – 500 are both extremely effective in healing situation such as yours.

Well first I would drop the gear and if your more than 4 weeks in do a mini PCT.
Second, how do you know it’s tendentious? Have you had imaging or just shots?
A torn supraspinatus will present the same way you are describing.
How long had this been going on? 5 shots is over years worth of treatment. You should be waiting 3 months between shots. Are you Dr shopping? Taking that much cortisone in a small period of time can also cause damage and degradation.
