Biceps Before Shoulders

I have read several times that training biceps before shoulders, may cause shoulder problems/pain.

In your experience, how common is this? Is doing chins before military presses a really bad idea?

Thank you very much!

Since I’m not really someone who does typical bodybuilding training (body parts/isolation work) and rarely do biceps work, and when I do it is as “bonus work” at the end of a session or during a “beach day” (arms and abs) I cannot really talk from experience. I have never seen anybody have any problems from doing chins prior to shoulder presses, in fact these two are often used as a superset during antagonist training.

I understand the theory since the biceps tendon attaches near the shoulder joint, and there might be some truth to it if someone were to do a super high volume bodybuilding biceps workout immediately before doing intense shoulder work, but who does that really?
