NOTES:

  1. The bench is a lot shorter than I thought. I could barely get my heels on the bench, let alone my feet.
  2. These felt strong despite the adjustment. I’ll make it a point to get 340 for 10+ reps.

Barbell rows

NOTES:

  1. These felt decent. Need to redevelop some MMC.
  2. Got hit by some little dehydration-induced nausea by this point.

Bradford press
45x40,30,20

NOTES:

  1. Nothing’s changed. These still feel good. Great pump/burn/stretch.
  2. This should help keep the shoulders healthy as well as build them up a bit.

SUMMATION:
Not bad. Today’s session was cut short, but I still got some good work in.
