I’m pushing the session to tomorrow. I have some midback inflammation that’s creeped up on me plus I wouldn’t have much training time anyway. All that equates to an extra day of rest. An opportunity to be even stronger come together.

I can neither confirm nor deny the presence of such networks and protocols nor any affiliation with such phenomena. LOLZ I do live in DC but seriously the gym closes at 10 and takes me 30-40 mins to get there. I’d rather hit it tomorrow with more rest. My elbows were starting a bit of a commotion Wednesday, so the decision seems well founded.

I don’t track food at all. Sometime my intake is pretty low (<3000). And every now and then I’ll sit and it pack down. I don’t think most people can eat the way I do and still make gains. I don’t need much to gain.
