In the 20 week beyond 5/3/1 -1.1 - 1.4 challenge , do you still recommend 50 chins/ pull-ups in between sets of main lifts ? Upper body rather ?

Great program. Nearing the end of 1.3 and have set PRs in 3 of 4 lifts (not f#cking bench which I despise).
