In terms of Rhodiola, I grabbed the following from Wiki:
Rhodiola rosea may be effective for improving mood and alleviating depression. Pilot studies on human subjects showed that it improves physical and mental performance, and may reduce fatigue.
I know they sell it here and I believe you want to look at the Rosavins content. I found one at a local ‘Health food’ store that had 100mg at 15% rosavins for about the same price as the TN bottle.

In terms of Relora, I grabbed the following from the InterWeb:
Relora is believed to work by binding to specific stress receptors in the body, such as the glucocorticoid receptor. By binding to these sites, the body no longer feels the need to produce more cortisol. This dramatically lowers the amount of cortisol being circulated in the body, and as a side effect, also reduces the symptoms associated with stress.
I know I’ve read that Poliquin is a big fan of Relora supplementation at night. Maybe it’s placebo effect but I find I have a better nights sleep when I take it. Again, you can probably find it at a local ‘Health Food’ store.
I know NOW foods sells Relora.

But from the sounds of things, you may want to (probably should) go the medical route first as suggested by Hallowed and see what effect that has before getting into these ‘herbal’ remedies. My $.02.
Keep training though. I believe things would feel WAY worse if you weren’t get that endorphin rush from daily exercise. I know that is very true for me.
