Best / Worst Exercises

Put your opininon in what r the best and the worst exercises for the muscle groups:

Chest, Bis, Tris, Legs, Back, Shoulder

For me:

Chest: Push-ups / Peck dec fly
Bis: CG Chin-Up / Machine Curl
Tris: Dips / Kickback
Legs: Front Squat / Adductor Machine
Back: Deadlift / N/A
Shoulder: DB Shoulder Press / Machine Raises

Best / Worst right?

Chest: Flat dumbbell press / pullovers
Bis: Incline curl / cable concentration curl
Tris: Close-grip bench press / Triceps extension
Quads: Leg extension / Leg press
Hams: Deadlift / N/A
Back: Widegrip pull-up / Seated row
Shoulders: Military Press / Upright row
Just my opinion of course, I understand alot of people like the leg press and seated row they just don’t work for me.

Not so sure about worst. But for me, the following have always been the best.

Chest - DB Bench
Bis - Preacher Curls
Tris - Dips and/or close-grip bench
Legs - Quad - backsquat, Hams - Deads
Back - T-bar rows, deads
Shoulders - Push Press, DB Military Press

I wouldn’t put it like that. As a whole, I prefer the squat but the leg extension destroys my legs more than anything when done right.

I think he meant those were the worst. Took me a minute to figure out what he typed

pec dec flyes built my chest way more than any amount of presses could

he’s saying those are the worst exercises sweetie

I think he means the second half would be his worst movements in his opinion… thus the
““what r the best and the worst exercises””

So…Best would be Push ups and worst would be pec deck.

For myself

Chest Incline BB // Pec machine
BI’s Standing bb curls // Hammer machine
Tri’s Close grip presses // Kickbacks
Back Deadlifts // Supermans
shoulders Press // handstand pushups

You guys are seriously prejudiced against kickbacks and machines aren’t you. haha

Well, considering there have been multiple threads just like this, I don’t really see why there needs to be this one.

I don’t understand what is wrong with half of these exercises. I also don’t understand why this thread is in the bodybuilding section. We reallllly need to clean this shit up.

Because we’re discussing the best and worst exercices for muscle building? How is that hard to understand? And also, there is of course nothing wrong with half of these exercices, I think player just wanted to see which exercices everyone thought was better. Nothing wrong with that. At least he created a constructive post which you sure as hell didn’t.
