UNIQUE Exercises That Really Work for You

Hey guys,

After trying out rope pull chin ups, and, my biceps being extremely sore. I live by that for my biceps. Not only does it work your brachialis, but, it’s 3 times as effective as a regular chin-up (for me at least). Then there are others, that I really don’t feel like improve my strength and size, but, others claim are great.

I’d just like some insight on that exercise that really works for you, and, has changed your regiment just when you’ve been experimenting.

So, guys, tell me some great exercises!!!

Deadlifts.

Well Deadlift has been the king of my “newb gains”.

Waittt man, the purpose of this is to get some really unique workouts.

I’m sure it’d probably mostly be isolated workouts, but, I’m sure someone would post a cool compound workout too

Chin ups, sorry :P, thanks for pointing that out, I’ll fix that.

Squats

Squats and milk.

Well, I’m new to this site, but I think you would get more interesting answers if you asked a question that hasn’t been asked here in one form or another countless times. There are many threads about this topic, you just need to search for them.

DB split squat

Out of curiosity how do you quantify it being 3 times as effective?

try negitive cable curls, load a one handed cable curl bar to a weight you cant curl and use both hands to get the weight up, ur arm should be under 45 degrees at this point and you slowly let the weight go back down with one arm. It will make even the 20in arms sore the first couple of times.

Obviously an exaggeration man, sorry if you take it literally

But I do feel it is a lot more effective

Why in the hell do you wanna complicate working out to the point of doing DB presses while doing the leg press. I saw that pic of that and I snickered to myself. Anyways, dont get caught up in the rep scheme, tempo, and all of that jazz. Just go to the gym and move some iron, whether it is the 55’s or the 145’s. Just do the fuckin work.

With that said, you do chinups for biceps?

How did you come up with the idea that rope chins are 3 times as effective? Cause I’ve read they’re only twice as effective…

  1. pull ups
  2. chin ups

free feel to apply overlaoding, rest pause, negatives, 21s, etc

SQUATZ/DEADLIFTZ

well ive seen kai greene do jeffersons, those are neat. he says they hit glutes. i have experimented with how i lean when doin chin ups, and the fartehr back i lean the more i feel it in my middle back. ive leant back far enough i was almost doin a horizontal row.

a couple weeks ago fuzzyapple and hypertroPHD were talkin about db tilt in certain exercises. in a dbchest press, tiltin the weight towards the body increases inner chest stress, while tilting outwards stresses the outer pec.

i thouroughly enjoy db snatches for sohulders, ive said it a couple times. go heavy thought, reps low, and i like to balance the weight on my palm for a few secs at extension.

acid induced stretchin. practically an orgasm
