Hi, im natural and i want to gain mass (and strength) i read loads of articles but loads of them are for people pressed for time, or other restrictions. i dont have restrictions, i am bulking and looking to maximise this opportunity.
I am following Chad Waterbury TBT regieme, but everywhere i read except for Chad quite simply says that TBT does not beat splits / Push/pull.
So can anyone direct me to an article on this site for someone looking for solid gains, with practically no time restrictions (but not twice a day).
I understand there is not a 1 workout suits all, just hoping for general feedback and i’ll go with the general consensus or if someone recommends an article to read, if it convinces me, i’ll try it!
thanks for any help given guys.
You get stronger, you get bigger. You get bigger, you get stronger.
Whether you do 6 or 10 reps, or whatever you were planning, i really don’t think thats gonna matter much. What does matter is that you train with steady progression, concentrated around compound-movements. 5x5 is good for both strength and size if you ask me. So is the classic push/pull or upper/lower split four days a week. Again, compound movements and progression. Couple that with plenty of food, and you’ll get there. Don’t overthink it. Just be smart about it.

getting stronger while
adding quality calories to your diet to give your body the nutrients it needs to grow
You asked for them dude. Lifting heavy shit and eating food IS what works. What did you expect? I bet you everyone in here who has told you to lift shit, have done it themselves, and know it works. At least it does for them, and pretty much everybody else out there too.
Chances of you being some super-weird-exception is not very likely.
Maybe the problem is that you don’t have the guts that it takes. Maybe you don’t have enough will to admit to yourself that hard work and dedication is what you will have to do.
ahh, EDT that looks interesting, thanks for keeping on topic, actually missed it reading all the other dribblers spamming this thread… see what you made me do! almost missed reading up on some interesting stuff!
Are you serious here? What does EDT force you to do? PROGRESS. What did all the guys tell you before and after the response, PROGRESS. If you really could have typed them all yourself and knew this stuff you wouldn’t be on the forum asking for a program for a natural. The “Is is really that simple?” thread needs you to read it, fast.

The one where you eat a lot of food and lift a lot of heavy weights on a consistent basis … sorry I forgot the title of it[/quote]
For real.
There is no single best program. The best program for you is the one that you will stick to. Results come more from effort and dedication than any particular program.
