What are your guys thoughts on the best program out there for gaining mass over the entire body? I have been doing upper/lower splits with the WS4SB for about a month now. What are your thoughts on that specific program? And what would some of you recommend doing next to put on even more mass?
Program depends on you and what your body responds to. To gain mass I would recommend eating a lot.
Eat more.

What a novel idea.
Try a true Powerlifting program like Stephan Korte’s 3x3 or Sheiko.
I did both programs back-to-back and gained 17 lbs of lean mass. I’m now back on a traditional 4-day split.
Experiment with a few programs, and as others have stated before me - Eat copius amounts of food.
IMHO, gaining mass generally has more to do with the amount of food you eat compared to any particular program.
As long as you are lifting heavy enough and eating an excess of calories, you should be building. It’s a large generalization, but that’s a quick and dirty answer.
Stop going into paralysis by analysis. Move weight, eat food, sleep well…repeat process until desired amount of muscle is gained (aka- never)
eat a lot and keep it simple big compound moves

keep doing that program until you achieve the goals you have set for your self on it. when you are no longer making gains or it is boring the hell out of you, that is the time to start thinking of doing something else.
remember, if your strength is going up but the scales aren’t, you need more food.
This should be a sticky. It hasn’t ever been discussed anywhere ever.

well said
Eat more, squat, deadlift, benchpress, pullups.
Completely user specific! For me its a mix of high volume and heavy weights. I kinda of subscribe to Warren’s mentality. I don’t focus on a rep range. I don’t do a 3x10 or some shit. I don’t stop repping out the 100lbers when I hit 12.
I stop when they aren’t moving off the start position, and if no one is looking I pull a Coleman and chuck those fuckers of me.

Do I detect some sarcasm there? Everyone knows that you can’t very well expect people to use the search function(it steals your soul), or to look at the first few threads!
whatever program gets you freaky strong as fast as possible, and has you squatting pretty regularly, provided you’re eating like someone 50 pounds heavier than you.
