Best Weightloss Workout Program?

Hey I was wondering what program you would recommend for a person who is not that active but moderately overweight. He’s about 6’3 and 240 lbs. I was thinking of putting him on the EDT by CS or CW summer project. He’s going to do the Velocity Diet for weeks also.

I recommend against this unless your ‘friend’ (nudge nudge wink wink) already has a strong background in lifting and dieting, and is 240lbs and relatively lean.

Otherwise,

Unless he’s an intermediate lifter at 12-14% BF, the V-Diet is NOT for him.

I’ve personally had excellent experience working with CW’s Summer Project and the Anabolic Diet. These, I can heartily recommend.
