HI FELLOW T’S! Okay, without overdramatizing here (Take a deep breath, T-Teen, you can do this!!! It CAN be done!!! LOL!!!), I was wondering how everybody in T-dom measures their body fat??? Any RECOMMENDATIONS on a GREAT body fat measurement product? Any WARNINGS on a SHITTY one? THANK YOU T’S!APPRECIATION INDEED!! (And to think, I didn’t begin with: Fellow T’s, I was sitting in a marmalade smelling room when suddenly, from the in-depth corners of my occupied and yet peaceful mind, a tremendous thought of depth and scope hit me and only then did I wonder with all my heart and passion if you T’s had any recommendations on an amazingly wonderful body fat measurement product…!!! And yes that was an excuse to overdramatize and let it out!!!)
It doesn’t really matter how accurate your measuring device is so long as it’s consistent. I use Slim Guide calipers, which cost me $25 and work well, but you can get calipers that run up to $500.
i just use electronic calipers which give me a %. i don’t know how accurate they are but my goal is to make that number go down everytime. laters pk
