I have weighted about 290 pounds and i lost about 100 pounds

what supplement should i take to help me lose great amount of fat?

what works the best??

and what else should i try??..i know that…

Eating Healthy, doing cardio… i understand them

but is there any other way?

Why don’t you try cutting your head off?

If you already lost 100 lbs whatever you are doing is working. Supplements I would suggest (if your goal is still to loose weigh or just to be healthy) are the basic ones, such as multi-v, Flax seed oil, fish oil, antioxidants, and a low calorie protein. Once you get to the weight you want then think about other supplements.

Good luck.

The more you want to lose the stricter your diet will have to get. When I hear someone say “eating healthy,” I think the food pyramid. You should read some of the diets on this site. The anabolic diet, and V-Diet specifically.

I think you’d be better off making sure you are eating zealously clean before you consider either diet.

Way to loose fat :

Diet (Do not undereat ! and have your healthy fats and cut a bit or a lot the carb)
Deadlifts
Squat
HIIT

Diet: Clean as hell, limit refined carbs (pasta, bread etc) to none ha or a little bit of oatmeal in the morning. No alcohol.
look into:
Dr. Berardi’s “Get Shredded Diet”
CT’s “Carb Cycling Codex”
Chris Shugart “Velocity Diet”
Chris Shugart & TC’s “T-Dawg Diet 2.0”
also checkout the “meat/veggies diet” thread

Workout:
10x3 for fat loss
Meltdown Training
Mostly Compound movements (chins, dips, squat, deadlift etc)
But I recently found in the physique challenge, CT’s/Shugart’s training for gustavopacho and I really like it http://www.T-Nation.com/readPhysClin.do?id=1852678&pageNo=13
just look around in there and you will find the workout, its updated for him weekly

Nutrient Timing:
If you eat refined carbs, limit them to the morning and your PWO meal/drink.
Veggies, eat them all the time.
Eat lean protein at every meal. usually 1-1.5g/lb
there are articles/forums in here for that stuff, it can get pretty complicated, (Berardi also has a book on it).

Supps:
Like rlomeli said fish oil, multi-v should be staples in your supplements
Maybe some greens+ or Biotest Superfood.
Any low carb protein powder (Metabolic Drive is really good for a meal replacement)
Surge for PWO
BCAA’s
