I Want to Cut Fat and Gain Muscle

i want to cut fat and gain muscle. Other than a good diet, which I am on, I’m looking for a supplement that will speed things up. Any suggestions of a supplement that can help me gain size and shred fat like this one claims? I am looking for an all-in-one supplement to keep things a little simple.
thanks

FOOD.

Heavy stuff. Move it around. Often. You will change.

check and check. working out and eating right are the easy parts, I just want a supplement that will cut the fat faster…even if only by a little.

Nothing can replace food but with that being said, some supplements EVERYONE can benefit from are Green Tea, Fish Oil, Branch Chains, Glutamine, Greens supplement (I of course prefer Poliquin’s). If I were to say which one of these things would come the closest, FISH OIL hands down. If you would like to post your diet and training there are a lot of great minds on this thread that I am sure would be glad to offer input -as it has been noted NOTHING takes the place of Sleep, Diet, and Training.

Well put laroyal!

You need to give it time and nothing else. Body Recompositions do NOT happen over night. Lift balls to the wall in the gym and eat large but CLEAN

Good luck man!

Send me $50 and I will mail you a supplement that will enable you to drop fat, gain muscle, get laid, and make millions at the same time. All without any effort on your part.

PM me for details.

Choose one or the other. I recommend getting lean first and then gaining some muscle since you will put on a little fat in the “bulk” phase…IF you do it right and clean.

if you are 10-15% body fat put on some muscle with the expectation of gaining some body fat.

Anything over 15% I would focus on fat loss so when you do gain some serious muscle you will look good.

Also when you drop bf% you start looking bigger cause your muscles look more ripped.

I used to try and do both …it’s way easier and more success worthy to make a choice and go with it.

Good luck with that. I have tried unsuccessfully. Choose one goal. http://www.T-Nation.com/tmagnum/readTopic.do?id=2069010

If that supplement existed you would heard of it already.

I want to have sex with cheeeeerleaders!!!

i agree with Alterego721. doing both at the same time will result in poor progression, because adding muscle mass means a caloric excess, while getting rid of body fat means a caloric deficit. focus on one goal and then set up a nutrition program

nice first post. perfect.

:jumps on the bandwagon:

cut the fat first, then bulk up.

last winter i cut down, then took about 2mo to maintain; and have been adding calories since…staying lean still…its the way to go.

manipulating your food intake is a good/cheap (b/c your already buying food) way to cut fat/stay lean.

anyone recommend a fat cutting exercise routine to compliment a proper diet?
I??m used to my bulking exercise plan, plus I know that changing things up helps as well.

Cardio, HIT Cardio, circuits, burn training.

Eat and weight train in proportion to your goals, and use Cardio to create the (slight) deficit to ‘cut’ fat.

do cardio; after your workouts…sprints rock.

workouts; take 3 lifts/exercises and put them back to back to back. keep your rests @ 1min btwn supersts, and lower the rest time by 15sec every few weeks until you don’t rest.

its tough.

do it; it works.
