So how about that video now. Everyone here did their part to give you advice on what exercises to try, now live up to your end of the deal and show us that video you promised.
Dang bro you don’t have to get all mad. Just playing. Well I tried to do the squat with a shoulder stance but all the reps were just above parallel. But I never said I could do it shoulder stance parallel just wide stance. I just wanted to try shoulder stance since they are much harder for me, I figured it would be definate proof. If ya’ll will like to see a video of wide stance I can do it for you. Thanks for the patience.

I’m not mad, I just wanna see the video. If it makes you feel better, I can’t squat much more than 350.
see i have a hard time beliving that to because most people who squat 3x bw can easily dunk even powerlifters can dunk who squat 3x bw and never touch the ball in there life. I squated 305 for 6 reps and 185 and i can hang 2 handed no problem i can hang from a stand still as well so i dont kno if all ur stats are tru bro cause if i was squatin 550 id be slamin the shit out of it thats for dam sure. Id check on your stats again. N one more thing say u have all that strength take 2 weeks off no squating and then try jumping ull get a hell lot higher well alright thats my advice lata.

First off you might want to check your typing cause I never said I can squat 550lbs. Also most people that can squat 3x there body weight might not be at a height of only 5’6", so if they are slamming the majority of them are probably taller than this. I’ll get ya’ll that video. But I need some time because I am now trying to do some olympic lifts as well. Anyhow sorry that nobody believes me.

I never said that I didn’t believe you. I just really want to see the video. I am really into squating (more so than any other movement) and I like to see other peoples accomplishments.
Take what eliteballa says with a grain of salt. He didn’t make much sense, and probably won’t ever if he keeps his poor grammar and fake ghetto slang rolling off of his toungue and into the forums.
