Lost Art of the Finisher. It had me start thinking outside the box. It is a bit narrow minded to just think of “getting in shape” can take place at a gym.

Great job, guys. This should make an excellent resource for those new to T-mag. As the old T-shirt slogan goes - “educate to elevate”.

In a week or two, I’ll make another “Best Of” post for diet articles and give away a new reward for your suggestions.

I wrote all the contributors’ names down on scraps of paper, put them down my pants, danced like Shakira on ephedrine, and drew one name out. Those that voted for articles written by me got their names in there twice. (Just kidding.) The winner this time is JasonL. Drop me a note at cs@t-mag.com.

my favorite training articles are “white men can jump” by Ian King this workout yielded more results for me in terms of strength and hypertrophy than did 2 years conventional training the link is

For me, witout a doubt, it was Dave Tate’s first article on GPP - Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION. The basic concept of using heavy physical labor as a supplement to a regular training program has brought a refreshing change to my training.
