i took six months off from lifting and completly shrunk, i have been back in the gym for about a month and a half. I have gone from 155 to 175 with no fat added i am 6’3. i currently take ce2 ethyl creatine before and after gym along with a shake with added glutimine before and after and i also take a vitamin pack. i eat plently of calories threw out the day, i am i very hard gainer.
I would like to know of the best supplements u know from either taking or knowing people that took them for gaining mass and weight besides weight gainers because i definatly eat enough calories and protein. i just want an added boost to my work outs and gains
If you’re eating enough calories and getting enough protein, along with supplementing with maybe creatine and fish oil you should be gaining to your potential (assuming you’re training hard). There really isn’t a magic bullet type supplement. If any supplement claims to be, its flat out misleading you.
ya i mean i am doin great right now but once i reach my bodys natural max and i stuff my face as much as possible everyday theres really no legal supplement out that provides good gains? i have tried size on and superpump stack and it was alright it was mostly just making me really pumped in the gym and that was about it. theres no strong supplements out there?
Im sure there was a little sarcasm in Elusive’s post; but, I doubt you have reached anywhere near your potential at 6’3", weighting 175. “Powerful supps” are the last thing you need. Go with Peanut Butter and Olive oil. Try using Surge after your workouts instead of protein and glutamine as well.
But as Elusive correctly stated, there is no magic bullet.

you missed the point. at 6’3" and 175lbs, its not what youre doing in the gym that is limiting you.
forgetting about the gym for a minute, at your current size, metabolic rate, etc, theres an average # of calories that your body takes in to complete your daily activities and STAY THE SAME. regardless of what youre doing in the gym, if you are staying the same then you need to increase your food intake.
you can do whatever youd like in the gym, but without increasing the amount of food youre taking in, youre not going to make progress. muscle isnt some magical substance that is created when the stars align and you find the secret combination of exercises. you should stick to the basic moneymaker exercises (multi-joint/compound exercises that involve the most amount of muscle- deads, squats, presses, pulls, etc) and keep increasing your calories week by week until you find a range that has you gaining weight. then when that weight gain comes to a halt, do it again!

Agree with this to a point, but I’ve seen plenty of guys just going through the motions in the gym. If this is the case with the OP, he won’t gain muscle no matter how much food he consumes.
I have to question how hard someone is working when they say “in that case i guess i will go alot harder at the gym today.”
Small handful of walnuts or almonds or brazil nuts with 3 of your meals, every day. Or 1 tbsp of olive oil and 2-3 tbsp of coconut oil, each tbsp taken with a meal, every day.
Also, and this is if you have trouble ramping up your appetite:
Wake up every morning (you could even go M-F and take the weekends off) to get in 30-45 min of LOW intensity cardio - treadmill with 5-10% incline or elliptical) BEFORE you eat…I promise after doing this for 2-3 weeks, your appetite will be sky high for the remainder of the day.
Eat everything that is not pinned down. to increase your appetite, do massive massive lifts like Squats and Deads. Seriously man, eat like theres no tommorow. No supplement will save you if you are not eatting enough.
i work out plently hard enough its difficult to reach really high intensity on some work outs with out a spotter but i had one that day so i ment i was goin to go up alot in weight because i would have a spotter to help me get it up

You need to give caloric and macronutrient totals in order for people to give you some solid recommendations.
As it is, your meals earlier in the day look to be somewhat weak.
Milk thisle increases my appitite and it does some thing else but I forget eythl ester is a new kind of creatine it absorbed faster and u get little water retention as compared to mono hydrate
