i’m new here to post,but i do read the forums and the t-mag issues quite often, my question is i need to cut my bf% alot. right now im 6’1 205 and my bodyfat is high around 26. anyone in the same boat as me or can help me would be much appreciated. a little back ground, i lift 3-4 times a week,lead an active lifestyle,and am following the t-dawg diet right now. im down from weighing around 250 in january, but still my bf is super high. any help would be great
You sure your percentage is that high?
What method you using to measure it?
If you say a scale like tanita then throw that number out the window.
Doing calculations on that it would mean you have an lbm of around 150, and that would mean that under the fat you have nearly no muscle and thin bones for your height. Would be surprising to be that small underneath your former weight since bodies tend to thicken up to support large weight.
Anyway, on with business. Plenty of diets to search from, im doing tdawg 2.0 myself. Working quite well, not very hard to do. Just do a search on diets or eating on the left side of this page.
Post your daily meals and total calories, also what exactly are you doing when training?
t- dawg is a good start, just make sure you are eating desecent food (check out the article foods that made you look god nekid)
supps: Hot rox (or EC stack if you going cheap), methoxy, multi vit, flax oil/fish oil, surge and some protein powder.
weights: up to you i, prefer keeping it heavy with a feeder set to finish off the body part, something like 5x5 + feeder set
Cardio: again up to you i like Running Man (CT) and HOC (MM), just make sure its not interfering with weight training, (ie it doesnt make you feel weak come lifting time)
my normal daily food intake goes like this
Breakfast: omlete(2 whole egg,1 cheese/american) 2-3 slices of turkey bacon…glass of water
Snack: either cup of 1% c. cheese or 1.5 ounces of peanuts or walnuts,glass of water
Lunch: hamburger meat or a chicken breast…and a glass of water w/ a protein shake
Snack: anythinng from c. cheese to string cheese to a cup of fruit.
Dinner: steak,chicken,pork, something like that
then every once in a while ill have some tuna or turkey breast. but thats my main diet.
training wise im doing fat to fire and ill be done tomorrow. but then i normally do 4 days of lifting, 2-3 bodyparts per day.
I used to be pretty damn fat, but I lost a lot of weight using Fat Fast, and a GVT workout. I lost about a pound a day for 6 weeks. If you use mag 10 of 4-ad-ec while you are on it it will help you keep most of your muscle. I would also use Hot Rox (although it wasn’t around when I was doing it two years ago). I used MD6, multivitamins, T2, and androsol while i was dieting. I went from ~270 to ~230…most of it was fat.

Anyone ever read about Paul Anderson? Now that was one fat bastard. Arguably the fattest man ever because he allowed for legitimate weighing. Most of those fat fu**s actually try to claim an extra hundred pounds! Anyway he made a mint off of his diet program but his heart exploded and he died.
