Best Fish Oil Supplement?

Does anyone think one kind of Fish Oil is better than the rest? Or a better bargain?

Well, I think most here would agree Flameout is the best value for your dollar. I certainly do. If you haven’t already read the article on it in the T-Store.

Flameout.

Seriously, is it so hard to figure out?

Flameout
Nordic Naturals Liquid Oil
Carlson’s Very Finest Fish Oil

Alternate these monthly for best results. I personally alternate with Nordic Naturals and Carlson’s and take Flameout when I need pills.

Flameout is probably best but its definitely not the best value.

Not trying to be smart, but please explain.

woot my first post. I took a few bottles of Flameout last year, I got to a point where I had to slim down my supplements so I cut it out. I am considering taking it again though because I have been having knee pain over the past few weeks. It’s good for that, right? What fish oil would be the best value in your opinion, Dubbz, real fish? Bah, real food is overrated. jk

Shipping is free.

You’re of course referring to the free shipping on everything from Biotest?

I am. Unless that has changed recently and I am not aware of it…

i mean shipping to canada

Personally I would rotate Flameout with a high quality Krill Oil (so you get the benefit of using less but getting more benefit with krill thanks to the phospholipids and asthaxtaxin present in krill)

I went to order on-line for the first time ever and Flameout is backordered. *&^%$()!

Flameout is roughly 10 times as concentrated as the cheap shit and roughly 10 times as expensive so it is a pretty good price and requires less pills.

With free shipping now in place I was psyched to give it a go.

Flameout does look great but it costs $70 here in Australia which is about US$65. At the recommended dosage of 4 per day (articles on this site recommend far higher) that adds up pretty quickly.

If I ever do a big order from BB.com (that’s right… I went there) I’ll give it a go.

You can get Kirkland Signature One Per Day for $16 for a 180 count bottle of 1200mg caps and it has similar stats to Flameout.

JB,

I’ve been using the same fish oil, only mine is member’s mark (Sam’s not Costco). 1200mg ^ 684mg fish oil. They are extremely identical…

You may want to check out Smartblend from MRM just to throw in there.

Actually formulated by CP and has not just your standard EPA/DHA but also CLA AND GLA.

Yeah, SmartBlend is good, but not as good as Flameout. The EPA:DHA ratio in Flameout is far superior than Smartblend.

The EPA:DHA ratio for Smart Blend is 1.18:1

The EPA:DHA ratio for Flameout is 1:2.5

I don’t know if you can get it in the US but Higher Nature fish oil tablets are great value and are the only one i’ve tried never to give me “fish burps”.
