Hi Christian, I have a question regarding the Cable Pull Thru. This evening I saw a post by Paul Carter regarding this movement and I further saw that you “liked” his post.
After seeing that I am wondering if the cable pull thru in your program is being used in a different context than Paul is referring to, or if his suggestion of the glute bridge would be a better choice?

I personally use the pull-through more as a hamstring movement with some glutes stimulation. I like to use it over the RDL from time to time and with some methods as it is less demanding on the lower back
