In the Best Damn Strength, the main lift is similar to 531 in that it is 1 all out set and also in 3 week waves…the difference is that Best Damn Strength uses heavier weights compared to 531.
Example I could get around 10 or 12 reps in week 1 with 531, and I can get around 5 or 6 reps in Best Damn Strength in week 1.
What would be the main differences between these 2 as far as training effect (strength, hypertrophy) if any?
