what would you agree to be the best wokout for the chest…
Don’t know what the best would be, but here’s some excellent stuff to look through:

either that or pushups, lots and lots of pushups.

thats not really anything to do with training for a big chest. its for getting a big bench press. there is a difference. and you will make minimal size gains by doing push ups.
just check the search engine and youll find somehting
i don’t know but i sure as hell would like to know. but i would guess whatever it is, that’s its HEAVY
Probably either a Barbell Bench Press or a Dumbbell Bench Press.
I don’t see how a measly push up could be the best but, like i said I don’t know.
I’m curious myself.
who has the secret exercise handbook?
I was kidding about the pushups. I did a lot of pushups for a while and all it got me was the ability to do a lot of pushups. Increased indurance, not size.
There are a lot of good workouts for the chest on this site, if that’s what you’re looking for. That above article can point you in the right direction.
Swiss Ball Presses. Bar-None. Don’t waste your time benching, because that will total your shoulders. Don’t forget to measure your excrement. It shouldn’t stink, either.

uhh… what?!
Anyway… look up some of Christian Thibadeau’s articles and you will find one targeted for the chest.
it’s a Paul Chek joke…

Incline Press-2x6-8
Flyes-2x8-10
Dips-2x10-12
this is the best routine i’ve had as far as overall strength, size and functionality for chest training.
Yes. Heavy weighted dips, and incline and decline work are invaluable components in my opinion.
You don’t need a chest, just get a bench shirt.
search for Chad Waterbury’s Build a huge chest in 6 weeks.

With pecs like yours, you’d think you’d be doing a lot more reading on this page than typing.

I thought this was all behind us Spartacus.
Are you Zap Branigan also? Is he your troll Alias or are you his?

The question is a little bare. Are you talking hypertrophy, strength, power or etc?
I have always loved Poliquins GVT for hypertrophy. Look it up. I’ll give it my stamp of approval.

And still a lot better than anything you’ve put up. Are you really that jealous? This hard-on you’ve got is getting old. Get a life.

Whatever. I still don’t think Swiss Ball Presses are necessary, unless used for rehab or prevention. Besides, Paul Chek has been made fun of since long before you two came around. Troll alias? You should talk. Are you in Florida or California? Or Australia? You and TROLLonIT seem awfully close. Anyway, I’m not going to infect this thread with all that bullshit. You’ll get no more outta me here.

I’m only jealous because I’m not on the cover of a travel magazine…
I’m just saying as a message to all the T-Nation readers: don’t take advice on chest workouts from someone with substandard pec development!

Give them a go. Favce your demons, or you will pass them onto your children.
Paul Chek copping shit? No way! Surely you jest.
Hawaii actually. Pro surfer/model now.
He is a fellow Chek disciple. We must unite to teach the masses the error of their ways.
You’re right. It is a good thread. I will start a Kratos v Troll thread tomorrow. The ultimate keyboard warrior showdown.
