Whatever. I still don’t think Swiss Ball Presses are necessary, unless used for rehab or prevention. Besides, Paul Chek has been made fun of since long before you two came around. Troll alias? You should talk. Are you in Florida or California? Or Australia? You and TROLLonIT seem awfully close. Anyway, I’m not going to infect this thread with all that bullshit. You’ll get no more outta me here.[/quote]
Strange words from someone who hasn’t tried them. And can we stop the name-calling? I’m sure we can have an honest conversation without it.

And still a lot better than anything you’ve put up. Are you really that jealous? This hard-on you’ve got is getting old. Get a life.
I’m only jealous because I’m not on the cover of a travel magazine…
I’m just saying as a message to all the T-Nation readers: don’t take advice on chest workouts from someone with substandard pec development!

This arguement is weak. Sprinters have coaches, but are much faster than their coaches. A lot of pro BB’ers have coaches, but are bigger than their coaches. Cancer researchers don’t have to have cancer…

Here is a chest workout which seems to really work for me -
1 Decline Barbell Press - 3s + 6-10r
2 Decline Dumbell Press - 2s + 6-10r
3 Incline Press - 4s + 6-10r
(barbells or dumbells)
4 Decline Dumbell Flys - 3s + 8-12r

The argument may not be as weak as you think.
In the sprinter’s case, if the coach was better than the athlete, he would be sprinting himself, competing against the athlete.
The same is the case with the bodybuilder.
And the cancer researcher doesn’t apply, because his main aim is to beat cancer, not contract it.
There are some, of course, that buck the trend, but if you had the choice of someone with book smarts vs. someone who has been there and done that first hand, who would you pick?

Nice body, but why the hell are your pants open?
