thanks . I will give it a read for sure. Is Tate’s book different only $10 ?

I’d check out the video series so you think you can deadlift from Elite Fitness on youtube as well.

I watched the series. It is very good .

Not book, but Andy Bolton had a bunch of articles on this site a few years ago…

Actually, Andy Bolton does have a book. He partnered with Pavel Tsatsouline to write it. It’s called “Deadlift Dynamite”. I don’t know if it’s the best, but it’s definitely good. Especially if your relatively new to deadlifting.

There’s also the “Squat and Deadlift Manual” by Louie Simmons.

I haven’t read that one, but I have read “The Book of Methods” and word of warning, Louie almost seems scatter brained when you read that one. There’s tons of good info in there, but I personally think it’s a poor read for someone new the Westside method because it’s difficult to place a context to a lot of what you read.

But it’s now in E-book form and it’s down to 20 bucks so I’ll get it and tell ya’'ll what I think of it when I get a chance to read it and post here.
