I was wondering what you all thought were the “MUST READ” articles here for a beginner. I’m slowly working my way through all the information here, but want to make sure I don’t miss any really good ones.
Thanks!

Dr. John M. Berardi’s articles will help you develop your nutritional strategy. I would consider his articles “Must Reads”.
Program Design 101 by Mike Robertson
It explains the whys of program design.
Different Journeys Different Destinations by Christian Thibadeau
It covers the differnces between training for performance and training for hypertrophy. He covers the principles behind each kind of training.
I feel articles like these will help you understand the other workouts written about with more depth. You will start to know why your doing what your doing rather then blindly following a program.
I think they are easy to understand even for a beginner and if you dont understand something just post your question. Good luck.

I’ve posted a thread to see if it could be “pinned” or referenced in some way…
We’ll see…

I second that a lot of forums have “stickies” for good threads on popular topeics. I think I would be useful here.
I think that the new Dan John article (3/1/2005) is one of the best articles ever written and suits this purpose perfectly.
just fucking read everything, start at the beginning of the archives and move forward to today’s date.
Rinse, and repeat.
Then repeat it one more time.

If you check the FAQ, you have a lot of good places to start.
