Berardi's Intensity cardio vs. Fat fast /keto for 'optimal' BF loss

Interesting read of this issue’s ‘Appetite for construction/fat loss’ though keen to know how this approach measures up against a keto-based/low cal. diet for fast BF loss? It looks beneficial from a training perspective of strength maintenance, though I’m curious to know what BF% JM’s approach is targeting (-6, -10 etc.)I’m also interested to know what result’s of BF loss have been found in any test’s conducted to date.
