Dave Tate just posted this on facebook as well. I stand by my original " holy shit."
Wow. Amazing. He made it look like picking a piece of paper off the floor…
Super awesome, job well done, interesting to see how Bolton responds, sometimes it takes two animals to really get that record up there
Jesus Powerlifting Christ. That was… I don’t know what that was. Superlatives fail me.
Is this an official record, i.e. regulated by the IPF and has broken Andy’s 1008?

Considering how easy it came up, I have no doubt should it encounter any issues, he’ll probably lift more just to confirm it -ha
That’s insanity right there, it just shot up no issues whatsoever.
Probably taking this:

Good God! He made that look way too easy.
Bolton 's 1003 and 1008 weren’t ipf records . They were world best lifts , as is this .
I’d be happy with best ever .
I love his videos, he always puts on a show then picks shit up like its nothing.
Holy cantaloupe with a jackknife and a nipple
He made that look way too easy
Wow, he’s THE beast! Looked so ridiculously easy he might have done another one!
Benni!
hahahahaha fuck! just amazing!
The single most impressive feat of strength I’ve ever seen.
Drink yo Coke kids!

Andy Bolton failed this weight at a comp here (Ireland) last week, got it to his knees but had nothing left after that and he did break the uk bench record that day so dont think hell be too gutted. Still think he’ll get 1100 first, though that benni is one bad man! the world needs these two in a deadlift-off! I’m buyin my ticket!
My world is still spinning from this lift. Gonna watch it again.

absolutely not, its no secret that compared to the top powerlifters andys bench is way off, he got that up to 342.5 & just missed 350 before attempting the 1015 deadlift so in a pure deadlift comp i think he would get it piece of piss and will probably get the 3000 total aswell but im definitely not sayin he’s better than benni. at the minute hes the number one in the world (with as one of the other lads pointed out the best stength feat imo ever) but big bolton will be back he did it first and certainly wont like loosing his record, thats what champions do

the biggest deadlift record in the IPF, just before the weight class changes, was 899/408kg
Feck. Talk about grip and rip.
