Strengthworks Gym will be hosting a bench seminar with Elite level powerlifter and APF state chair JR Bolger on May 12th.

The seminar starts at 1pm and will last roughly 3-4 hours, allowing for lots of hands on instruction. The cost is $30 before 5.5.2007, $35 til 5.11.2007 and $40 at the door.

Registartion is limited to 15 to make sure that everyone gets plenty of attention.

to keep this short… the seminar has been cancelled. as a result the gym will be open normal hours on 5.12.2007.
